To strengthen backyard linkage Embroidery, Printing and Accessories was setup in the year 2012. Our Embroidery unit has enormous capacity with Japanese Tajima & China machines. 40 in number including 40 head and decorative sequins machines to fulfill all the requirements. Eco-friendly Screen printing machines and tables are setup to print on woven, twill and knit, nylon, pigment, emboss, photo, rubber, digital print to sublimations are done with 8 head auto machines, Standard glass & ready tables with oeko-tex certified colors & chemicals ensuring 100% quality which has a production capacity of 1.4 million pieces/month.
Accessories units are developing in fast pace with crochet, needle loom, starching, Jacquard, finishing machine etc. At the same time, considering the quality and safety issues, Ha-Meem's own accessories belt, twill tape, elastic, button, zipper, hangar and all kinds of paper and woven labels are done with full care oeko-tex standard for exporting to Asian and European customers. Special quality control are implemented to ensure yarn dying DTM, D-ring buckles preparation and maintaining machines printing & peaks with monthly 8 million yards of narrow fabric & elastic.
Moreover, Ha-Meem label is being setup with Swiss Muller with latest production machines, with a capability of 3.5 million pieces/month.
